The only bike most people will ever need. Made for the city, at home everywhere, and robust and low maintenance without compromising on weight.

About the Zeppo v.7
The Orb Zeppo is the only bike most people will ever need. It is at home on city streets, country roads, towpaths and the odd gravel track.
The 6061 aluminium frame provides a high-quality lightweight chassis, paired with hydraulic disc brakes and 32 mm tyres as standard. Shimano Nexus 7 hub gears and a Gates carbon belt drive keep maintenance to an absolute minimum.
The v.7 has been superseded by the Zeppo v.8, which adds an 8-speed hub, colour-matched mudguards and Droid lights.
In brief
Every component was chosen to be robust, reliable and low maintenance.

The Gates carbon belt replaces the chain for low maintenance. No oil, no grease, and an average lifespan of around 30,000 km.

Shimano Nexus 7 internal gears with a 244% range, and Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes for strong braking in all conditions.

Selle Royal gel saddle, Wellgo metal pedals, and lugs for racks, a bottle cage and mudguards.

A 6061 alloy frame and fork keep the weight to around 11 kg, on 700c wheels that suit city and country alike.

Drivetrain
The Gates carbon belt drivetrain means less time spent on maintenance and more time enjoying your ride. No greasy trousers and no oily calf marks. A splash of water now and then is all the belt needs.
With bike spares often hard to come by, the Gates belt drive will be your best friend. Average lifespans are around 30,000 km, so you won’t have to worry about changing it for many years, if ever.
Gears and brakes
This is the business end of a bike, so we chose proven parts. Shifting is provided by a Shimano Nexus 7 hub: reliable, robust and low maintenance.
Meanwhile, front and rear Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes will have you stopping on a sixpence in all weathers.

Caring for your Zeppo
The best thing for all bikes is to keep them somewhere warm and dry. Clean your bike regularly, and keep an eye on bolts and components to make sure they are tight and working correctly.
The Zeppo is designed to be low maintenance. The belt drive does not require oiling, but if it begins to squeak, clean it with water. Wax is also available to buy for belt drives. The internal gears are designed to need minimal intervention, but like everything else on your bike they will last longer if kept maintained. If you think something needs adjustment, take your bike to your local bike shop.

Ordered the V.7 only to be told that they had none in stock. Excellent communication with the company and they upgraded me to the V.8. The bike is top quality. Couldn’t be happier. 100% recommend!!
loving my new bike, had a wee issue with the gears slipping which turned out to be normal on a new bike due to initial cable stretch and the guys got back to me straight away and totally sorted it. The bike is lovely and wonderful to ride and a joy to use on the commutes to work that I use it for. Thoroughly recommend!!!!
Really easy – it needs very little maintenance and I can commute in my work clothes. My route to work includes a pretty steep hill – most cyclists walk it but with the zeppo’s gears I can get up no sweat, which is useful as I am in my work clothes. The breaks are also really useful on the way down.
I love the Zeppo. I bought it to replace my cheap bike that needed constant maintenance and was definitely an effort to cycle to work with. The Zeppo is such a smooth ride and I love that I’ll no longer have to deal with rusty/oily chains or worry about not being able to stop at traffic lights! My colleagues have all commented on how sleek it looks. It’s also the lightest bike I have ever owned (I can lift it with one arm!) which makes it very speedy! I’m very excited to for my easy life of cycling now 🙂
This is such a great bike, I love it. I bought a Zeppo to replace my old road bike as I was looking for something to ride comfortably around London with the option for longer rides in the countryside too. It’s light, high quality and looks lovely – I have the purple. Bike maintenance is also far less daunting given there is no chain to oil (or break). Overall I’m very pleased with this wonderful, reliable bike.
