Why the Orb exists
Safe and seen, from the side.
One in three serious cycling collisions is a side impact from a vehicle. Front and rear lights don’t cover it. The Orb fills the gap: the lid holds four high-output LEDs that light the whole bottle in orange, the colour of side visibility on the road, so drivers see you as they approach from junctions and roundabouts.
It also makes use of biomotion. Research shows drivers recognise a lit, pedalling cyclist from over three times further away, so the Orb lights the movement of your legs as well as the bottle.

Will it fit my bike?
Yes. The Orb is a standard 610 ml bottle and fits any standard bottle cage. No mounts, brackets or tools needed.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Yes. Lift the electronics ring out of the lid first, then the bottle and lid are dishwasher safe. The bottle is BPA-free.
How long does the battery last?
A minimum of five hours on full constant power and ten hours on flash. There are six flashing and constant modes to choose from. Charging is over USB-C.
What if something breaks?
Every piece of the MKII is designed to be user-repairable, and we supply spare parts. With a little care your Orb will keep running for years. Email [email protected] and we will sort you out.

Absolutely amazing, stayed flashing for 12 hours straight on an all night Audax and the side on visibility was great. Total game changer for dark commutes AND you get to drink from it 🙂
A classy, well made and designed product. Does exactly what it says on the tin! The different light options are handy – especially if you want the battery to last longer than the advertised time. I recently used it along with other lights on the over night Lockdown London ride for extra visibility. A best in class product say I.
